At GrantFight, all products are made to order and handcrafted after order confirmation. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 3 Days (Before Manufacturing Starts)

• Customers may cancel their order within 3 days of order confirmation.
• If manufacturing has not yet started, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Cancellation After Manufacturing Has Started

• Once manufacturing has started, the order cannot be fully refunded.
• In this case, the customer is eligible for a 50% refund only.
• The remaining amount covers material costs, labor, and production expenses.

No Refund or Cancellation Policy

No refund or cancellation will be accepted if:

• 50% or more of the manufacturing process is completed
• Manufacturing is fully completed
• The order has been shipped or delivered

In these cases, no refund and no return will be provided.

Returns Policy

• As all products are custom-made and manufactured after order confirmation, returns are not accepted once manufacturing has started.
• We do not accept returns after manufacturing completion or delivery.
